Changes for the Leap Year

I want to be painting more and showing my art in various places. Progress on this goal, as I’m now an exhibiting member of Eagle Gallery in Bedford, and my work is on show at Artisans in the Yard in Shefford. I’ve booked my place at Living Crafts Showcase in Hatfield – May 9-12, 2024. Also coming up are the Big Art Fair in Hitchin – July 16-18 – and Herts Open Studios throughout September..

I’m also exhibiting at Kimpton Art Show in May, in the autumn at Cambridge Open and the MS Therapy Centre Exhibition. I hope to return to Harpenden Art Club’s exhibition after last year’s success..

My focus is on making more and better art, so I'm cutting back on my other responsibilities to free up more time. ‘Making more art’ simply means more time spent in the studio, planning and creating paintings. ‘Making better art’ evolves from painting more!

Fairfield Art Group which I started in 2021, continues to meet every Monday at Fairfield Community Hall. It’s a relaxed friendly group for local people who enjoy making art. Each session runs from 1-4 pm for just £5..
